It belongs to a major series that used the Peace Tower and Center Block of Parliament to represent the nation. Stamp Details Scott Number: #729 Issue Date: May 3, 1977. Design: Features the Peace Tower of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa. Printer: British American Bank Note Company (BABN) The second stamp is a 12 blue Queen Elizabeth II definitive postage stamp from Canada.
