Update to Terms/Conditions and Privacy Policy

The team at MaxSold works hard to continuously improve the experience for both buyers and sellers. As our business evolves, so do our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

We've recently updated and rewritten our Bidder Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy to make them more direct and up to date with the current environment. The new  Bidder Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy will go into effect for all buyers and sellers on Friday, December 4th 2020. By continuing to use our services after this date, you are agreeing to these updated terms

There are three key elements that have been updated;
  • At pickup, buyers must be prepared to show their invoice. Photo ID, and credit card used to make the purchase must be presented if purchase is over the threshold amount stated on the invoice.
  • Invoices that are unpaid at the start of pickup may have the items on said invoice dispersed at the Seller or MaxSold's sole discretion as the items are considered forfeit.
  • Privacy continues to be managed tightly, but, in the rare events where authorities are involved, information may be shared to support investigations as appropriate

It's important to note that the three elements above are only highlights of the newly revised Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. To understand the revisions fully we encourage you to thoroughly read through the update versions to ensure you know what you are agreeing to prior to bidding.

Thank you for your time and for being part of the MaxSold community!
