Lot #116: Cast Iron Pans (2)

A Made in USA cast iron skillet, with two pouring spouts. It has been a workhorse for many steaks, roasted potatoes and Bacon & Eggs. Cast pans love being fried in. Use it on the stove, in the oven, on the bbq grill, and campfire grill. Cast iron is where it’s at, if you don’t know already. Throw out that peeling poisonous teflon pan you have be using and replace it with this. Cast iron pans have been around for over 2000 years for a reason. Here are mistakes some people who give up on them do wrong: 1) Not heating up the pan very well first, before adding food. 2) They leave their pan soaking in the dish water after use. 3) They don’t immediately dry it after washing. 4) They don’t put a drop, or two, of oil on the interior of the pan and rub it around after it is dry so it’s ready for the next time. There are lots of great videos online showing how to use, clean and care for these pans properly. Once you know, then you know! The more you use them the better they get. It's the perfect size - large enough but not too heavy. It's in very good condition and seller recently seasoned both of these pans again for you. There are lots of videos online for how to season your pan in the oven. It’s easy.
