There are 12 complete place settings. Each setting has 7 pieces. Dinner plate, bread & butter plate, soup/salad bowl, salad plate, dessert bowl and cup and saucer. All are in excellent condition. Everything is tissue wrapped in a box but would suggest that you bring an extra box for additional packing.

This is a special edition by Hawthorne House Seaside Christmas Village collection. It is a numbered sculpture A1436. The lighthouse has been used for display but not with the light up feature (that is why there is bubble wrap around one bulb and the original plug packaging is included with the plug). There is also a special edition mini of the artist at his easel included to this set. The figure is 10&#34; (26 cm) in height and 8&#34; (20 cm) wide at base. It is in mint condition.

CZ is a standard abbreviation for cubic zirconia

What do you mean by cz? The listing title says solitaire DIAMOND ring.  Are you saying it’s a cubic zirconia and not an actual diamond. Please clarify the listing so buyers can bid with confidence
