This is a beautiful service for 6, Schumann Arzberg Germany Dessert / Salad China plate set. The plates are 7.5 inches (19cm) in diameter, all numbered and edged in 22 Karat Gold. There are six plates each of six designs. This set was produced by the Carl Schumann factory operated in Arzberg, Germany (Bavaria) which produced fine china from 1881-1996. The serving Schumann china is world renowned for its distinct nut, fruit and flower patterns, set upon translucent, eggshell white porcelain and edged in gold. Perfect for home or cottage. Great condition, no chips or cracks.

Celebrate with these H&G SELB BAVARIA GERMANY ‘Heinrich Ivory Body Supreme’ fine china dishes, with scalloped edges, a rich cobalt blue outline with gold trim and tassel accents. The Porzellanfabrik Heinrich Selb factory started operations in Bavarian Selb which produced fine china from 1896-1976 and one of the most important manufacturers in Germany. Heinrich china is world renowned for its art deco patterns, set upon translucent, eggshell white porcelain and edged in gold. This set is believe to be made around the 1950’s. A few flea chips and some gold trim wear consistent with its use and age (see photo).
