This is a vintage chalkware sculpture by David Kaplan, often referred to as the &#34;Bagel Man&#34; sculpture. 
It depicts an older man with a beard and cap, sitting and holding a basket. 
These sculptures were produced in limited editions, often marked with a year (e.g., 1968 or 1969) and a unique number out of 500. 
This item is 122/500 from 1969. There is a shallow chip on the base, right rear. Unsure what might have been in his right hand.  9” tall. Bring packing material.
