This outstanding antique brooch has a hand carved, oval, shell cameo in the centre with the crisp profile of a beautiful woman or mythological goddess.  The cameo sits high of the frame that has elegant engraved flowers and swirls.  The underside is marked 14K and has an early fine safety clasp and a swivel bale that allow it to be worn as either a pendant or a brooch.  The piece dates from c. 1900 and measures 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches across and about 1/2 inches high.  It weighs 8.15 grams, is in excellent condition, and is a great find for the fine cameo or antique jewellery collector.

Superb Antique 14K Solid Gold Cameo Brooch / Pendant

This starburst brooch is marked 14k on the underside and is studded with tiny seed pearls and a small prong-set diamond in the raised center.  It dates from c. 1900 and has an early safety clasp and a swivel bale that lets it be worn as a brooch or a pendant.  The solid gold piece measures 1 1/4 inches across and weighs 5.68 grams.  It is missing one tiny seed pearl at the tip of one of the rays but this is not noticeable except under close examination and the pearl could be easily replaced by a jeweller. The classic Victorian piece is otherwise in excellent antique condition.

Antique 14K Seed Pearl &#38; Diamond Starburst Brooch / Pendant

The 14K white gold rectangular panels in this link bracelet are approximately 1 inch long, 1/8 inches wide, and 1/16 inches deep and are detailed with diamond cuts, cutouts and fine beading.   The bracelet is marked 14K on the clasp (verified with acid testing) and weighs 5.61 grams.  The clasp has a light yellow gold wash.  The solid 14 karat gold bracelet is elegant and in excellent condition.

Solid Gold Toothpick

These three bangle bracelets are 14K gold and based on the markings, had the same maker.  One is yellow gold and two are rose/pink gold.  They are otherwise  identical with a lightly domed top, a slightly more than 1/8 inch width, and an inside circumference of 7 1/2 inches.    The combined weight is 11.6 grams.  The bangles are slightly out of round and there are a few light dents in two of the bracelets but these are not really noticeable when the bangles are worn and the three look terrific worn as a set or individually.

This vintage dresser set includes a hand mirror, a hair brush, and two clothes brushes.  All are marked &#34;Birks Sterling&#34; and have engine turned sterling silver with a &#39;W&#39; monogram and swirl and floral details.  The hand mirror has beveled glass and is 14 1/2 inches long and 5 inches across.  The hairbrush is 11 inches long and 2 1/2 inches across, and the clothes brushes are 6 3/4  x 2 1/8 inches and 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches.  The pieces are all in excellent vintage condition.

Vintage Birks Sterling Silver Powder Compact

Lot includes two antique sterling silver vanity pieces with Art Nouveau repousse cherub designs.  They are hallmarked Birmingham 1900 with the maker&#39;s mark for H. Matthews.  One is a long button hook with sterling handle and a steel lower part that was used for lacing shoes or boots and is 8 1/2 inches long and 1 1/8 inches across.  The other piece was for buffing nails and is 3 7/8 inches x 1 1/4 inches.   The button hook is in very good antique condition as is the silver frame for the nail buffer but the chamois covering and filler on the latter are largely missing.

Sterling Silver Letter Opener

This terrific vintage charm bracelet has an intricate heart design and is marked as sterling silver on the box style clasp with safety clip.  It has a total of eighteen travel souvenir charms, mostly European and all but one enameled.  Three of the charms are marked Silver, 7 are 800 grade, 5 are sterling, 1 is marked 950 and the remaining 2 are unmarked.  The bracelet is about 7 3/4 inches in wearable length and weighs 47.89 grams.  It is in excellent vintage condition.

Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet &#38; Enamelled Travel Souvenir Charms

This lot presents some interesting small functional sterling silver collectibles. It contains:
- sterling topped 3 by 2 inch crystal salt and pepper pair. They are monogrammed &#34;W&#34; and are in very good condition.  
- small 1 1/2 by 2 inch sterling rimmed open salt with 2 inch sterling salt spoon. There is denting in the salt rim, otherwise both pieces are in good condition.
- unusual 4 by 1 1/2 inch hallmarked powdered sugar spoon. It is in very good condition.

Birks Sterling Silver Vanity Jar

This pretty vintage locket has an elongated hexagonal shape and measures almost 2 inches high, including the triangular shaped bale, and 1 1/8 inches across at the widest. The front of the locket is patterned white guilloche enamel with a hand painted pink rose, green foliage and small touches of soft blue in the center. The locket is thin, about 1/8 inches deep, and hinged at the bottom. It is marked sterling on the back and weighs 13.7 grams. The silver has not been polished in many years and has an even dark patina.  There are light surface scratches on the back that do not detract and the vintage locket is otherwise in excellent condition and would make a great gift for that special someone.

Sterling Silver Enamelled Pink Rose Locket 

This exquisite vintage brooch has sparkling, multi-coloured, aurora borealis finished Swarovski rhinestones prong-set in a rhodium plated, gold tone, curved and dimensional frame with a layered flower motif at one end.  The photos don&#39;t capture the beauty of this brooch or the brilliance and depth of the fuschia pink and golden aqua colours that vary and deepen in intensity with the light source.   The quality is unmistakably Sherman and the brooch has the script signature on the underside.  The lightly domed pin is 2 1/4 by 2 1/8 inches, gorgeous, and in excellent condition.

Signed Sherman Aurora Borealis Statement Brooch

This pair of hoop earrings are marked 10K on the wires (confirmed with acid testing) and have a combined weight of 0.75 grams.  One side has an engraved chevron pattern and the other is plain. 10K Gold Hoop Earrings 

This lot presents a fascinating group of 10  collectible vintage lipstick tubes displayed in presentation holders that would sit on a dresser making them readily available for use.  It also includes a 9 by 10 inch reference book that documents interesting details relating to lipstick history and production. There are 168 pages of lavish pictures and commentary by the author and current manufacturers and designers. It is written in French and English. Also included is a miniature Dali lip shaped perfume bottle.  All are in very good vintage condition.  The dust cover of the book is a slightly yellowed from age. The nose of the China head tube shows a flaw.  An interesting lot for the collector of vanity items to &#34;Kiss in the New Year!&#34;

This rare piece of Cornflower glass was designed as a cheese and crackers set. The small pedestal would hold the cheese and the larger plate was for the crackers. Antique Sterling Silver Vesta

The ornate silver plated frame on this pickle castor is signed Wm A Rogers 103, dates from the early 1900&#39;s, and is 11 inches high and 5 inches across the bottom.  It holds a cranberry glass with white coin dot insert that is 5 inches high and 3 1/4 inches in diameter.  The glass was likely made by Fenton and has a silver plated lid with bird finial.  The set comes complete with silver plated 5 1/2 inch tongs that have a hand and floral motif.  This attractive antique set is in excellent condition and displays beautifully.
