This is an antique Nippon period Japanese porcelain vase that is beautifully hand painted. It is made the decoration attempts to replicate Asian enamel, ornate and striking, and not the typical floral patterns normally seen on Nippon porcelain vases. The underside of the vase is marked with the green Nippon mark used as of 1911 until about 1918. The vase measures 9” in height and 6&#34; diameter. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.

Antique Nippon Hand Painted Porcelain Vase.

Antique Kato Shunko Japanese Porcelain Pitcher Ewer Heavy Gold Decoration.
This listing offers a wonderful and rare example of an antique Japanese porcelain ewer or pitcher made by Kato Shunko. The porcelain is a pale yellowish almost greenish color which I&#39;m told the Japanese refer to as &#34;egg blur color.&#34; The pitcher is heavily decorated with gold and features a large round ribbed bowl. 
The piece is signed on the bottom, translation is &#34;by Shunko.&#34; It measures approximately 8&#34; H x 8.5&#34; L x 7&#34; D. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. There is minimal to no gold wear.

Kato Shunko established a kiln in Seto around 1875. In the 1880s, he became one of the earliest suppliers to what would become Noritake. This piece would be considered early Nippon ware or pre-Nippon ware. I have searched extensively and have found very few pieces like this for sale and none of this size and condition.

For your consideration, we are presenting for sale this fantastic pair of Vintage impressionist abstract still life oil-acrylic paintings. This oil painting features organic colors rendered in expressive white and brown strokes with heavy impasto textures. This painting has raised tool&nbsp;and brush strokes in the impressionistic style. The piece is signed in the lower right corner, "Stephen Kaye," and rests in a beige lacquered wood frame. 
Listed artist Stephen Kaye is known primarily for producing large-scale oil paintings depicting abstracted floral still life and landscapes, but little else is known about the mysterious artist. c.1980's. 
A hanging wire attached to the reverse side. Measures: 30.0" x 30.0" inches, each. In great vintage condition.

This reproduction of a famous Japanese wood block print made by Torii Kiyonaga (1752-1815), originally screened and printed in Edo (Tokyo) during the time of the ‘floating world’ depicts a group of young ladies, possibly geisha enjoying a bathing session in a public or communal bathhouse, some seen taking care to wash a small child, there also appears to be a ‘Peeping Tom’ leering through a small window at the back. Frame: 15,5&#34; x 13.5&#34;.

Antique/Vintage Japanese Torii Kiyonaga (1752-1815) Framed Woodblock Print.

Etching titled Skogsbäcken (Swedish for &#34;The Forest Stream&#34;) by the Swedish artist Axel Tallberg (1860–1928). Axel Tallberg was a prominent Swedish printmaker and painter known for his landscape etchings. The work depicts a natural, flowing stream scene with bare, intricate tree branches overhanging the water, suggesting a winter or early spring setting. The etching technique provides rich detail and texture, capturing the ruggedness of the landscape. 
The artist&#39;s signature is visible in the lower right corner of the print. Nicely framed. Gallery label on the back of the picture.
