"Can be used toward any restoration service offered by Preferred Restoration Contractors Canada. Valid only for residences and businesses within York Region and Durham Region. A value of 500 towards one of the following services: 1. Mould Testing - collection and laboratory analysis of [maximum two] mould samples (includes expedited results). 2. Mould Removal and/or Remediation Services – attics, crawlspaces, substrates (i.e. plywood, drywall), basements. Cleaning with antimicrobial agents, material removal and disposal, drying services (as required). 3. Water Damage Restoration Services - including: water extraction/water removal, pump-out, dry-out (using dehumidifiers, air-movers, cavity drying), water mapping (determining the locations of affected areas – may include thermal imaging and/or probing with tools such as: moisture meters). 4.
