Vintage British sliding pocket knife by Joseph Rodgers & Sons, marked “Cutlers to Her Majesty, Sheffield, England.” This knife features a sliding (gravity-style) steel blade that extends through the top of the handle rather than a traditional hinged blade. Black handle with brass liner and visible slot mechanism for blade movement.

Joseph Rodgers & Sons is one of Sheffield’s most respected historic cutlery makers and a holder of the Royal Warrant, making this an appealing piece for knife collectors and British tool enthusiasts.

Blade is present and slides as designed. Handle shows wear and a chip at one end, consistent with age and use. Overall condition reflects an authentic vintage tool. Please review all photos for details.
