Herend Porcelain Manufactory, founded in 1826 in Hungary.
Model: Known as &#34;Hadik Hussar,&#34; it is modeled after the 18th-century Field Marshal of the Hapsburg&#39;s Army, András Hadik.
Design: The figure depicts the hussar in full regalia, complete with a blue tunic and red trousers, accented with 24k gold details. He is shown examining the edge of his curved sword.
Artist & Model Number: The figure was originally sculpted by the Hungarian artist Zsigmond Kisfaludi-Strobl and is marked with model number 5505.
