Delft is almost synonymouse with Delft Blue, the royal crypts and the famous painter Johannes Vermeer (1632-1675), who lies buried in the Old Church. The only representaion of this Late Gothic house is in one of Vermeer's most famous paintings: View of Houses in Delft (circa 1658), perhaps better known as The Little Street. The painting was purchased in 1921 for 625.000 guilders by businessman Henri Deterding (1866-1939), who donated it to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. This little house is in excellent condition. The wax plug is in place, protecting the Bols liquor inside. Dimensions: approx. 2 in x 1 3/4 in x 3 1/2 in Pickup category timeslot {A}
