Piece is 20” wide by 16” tall and a depth of 1.5”.

No condition issues other than a little dust.

This auction is managed by Southern Georgian Bay&#39;s Premier Professional Organization Company, House &#39;n Order. Items in this auction are from a well maintained, high-end and well appointed home. There was some smoking in the home, and a dog. The home has been vacant for almost a year.

For larger items, please ensure you bring adequate help and an appropriate sized vehicle, and tools where necessary to remove items safely. Kindly do not assume the auction pick-up crew can help you load your items, they are managing pick-up, not loading.
