The items include four crystal points (likely obsidian, amethyst or fluorite, clear quartz, and rose quartz) and a blue-dyed agate geode slice with a druzy center. 

The agate geode slice is a banded variety of chalcedony with small, sparkling crystals (druzy) inside.
