These Pebeo paints are an oil-based paint formulas for a beautiful array of finishes: Fantasy Prisme, Fantasy Moon and Vitrail; Fantasy Moon renders deeply textured hammered effects, Vitrail is a clear stained glass effect, while Fantasy Prisme reveals captivating honeycomb effects. EASY TO USE LIQUID FORMULA: Apply with brushes, droppers, or simply drip, spatter and pour them directly from the bottle; The liquid oil-based formula can be mixed together to create various degrees of texture, intensity, transparency and opacity. All are used in different amounts. Some may have possibly dried out. Cerne Relief tubes- a dimensional paint for creating outlines or embellishments, writing and adding designs to create relief (raised) effects on art pieces. The tubes are soft and colours can be easily squeezed from the fine-tipped nozzle. Some are lightly used and some unopened. Mixtion Relief tubes- a gilding paste for highlights or enhancing areas of your artwork. Come in a dispenser tube for easy use. Opened and lightly used. 2 x Lightening Medium- glossy-finish medium used to create lighter tones without reducing the quality of the colour or making it more fluid.
