Lot #345: Vintage Giant Lot Vernon Ware "Brown Eyed Susan" Dinnerware

This is a mixed collection of vintage Vernonware "Brown Eyed Susan" china plates and bowls manufactured by Vernon Kilns. The pattern, featuring yellow flowers and a brown rim, was hand-painted and produced in California, USA. It was part of the company's "Montecito" shape dinnerware line. The production period for this pattern was from approximately 1946 to 1958. Note: This collection is so large it needs our first two images to see it in entirety and then the detail photos follow. Includes 15 dinner plates, 7 large shallow soup plates, 5 small handled bowls, 5 ice cream dishes, 3 sandwich plates, 15 salad plates, 11 bread plates, 1 cereal bowl, 9 cups and 12 saucers, a cream and sugar set (with lid), a sugar bowl with no lid, gravy boat, three serving bowls, a pitcher, a butter dish cover, and a salt & pepper.
