Lot #55: Kent F5 Late 1960's - Early 1970's - semi gloss

Kent Acoustic Guitar – F5 – Late 1960’s – Early 1970’s. Made in Japan – Project Guitar Here we have a nice Kent F5 acoustic guitar that is being sold as a project guitar. It appears to be from the late 1960’s – early 1970’s era. With most likely a laminated wood construction with a Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides, ladder style bracing. The condition is pretty good but it will need some work to get it back up to playing standards. Small top crack just below the bridge which appears to be stable.The bridge has moved from its original seated position and will need to be reseated. There is a small crack on the back bottom – center which also appears to be stable. A couple of other small dings on the back near the edges. Please refer to the pictures as they will highlight all and any issues. The neck has a couple of scrapes on it and it has a very comfortable C profile. A nice set of open back tuners with plastic knobs. A great project guitar for someone with the tools and right inclination. Pickup category timeslot {A}
