Mark Mercy is a brand of vintage costume jewelry with a direct link to the renowned designer Stanley Hagler. Mark Mercy worked for Stanley Hagler in 1979 and he designed many of Hagler's most popular pieces and eventually took over for Stanley Hagler after his passing. The jewelry produced under the M&M Designs Fla. and Stanley Hagler names is known for its opulent, hand-wired designs. The pieces have intricate details using crystal rhinestones, faux seed pearls, metal beads, and glass cabochons. Various marks were used by the Hagler workshop, including "Stanley Hagler N.Y.C." and "M&M Designs Fla.". The mark "M&M Designs Fla." was in use until the early 1980s.
