Measures: 20 1/2" high More information from the Instagram page of The American Museum of Ceramics: Parian wares were produced at V&B’s Mettlach facility from the 1860s through the 1880s; they were discontinued for unknown reasons. Christian Warth’s involvement in V&B’s Mettlach facility runs deep -- he was directly responsible for the introduction of Chromolith style wares, designing etched scenes with his unmistakable drawing style, and being the sculptor of V&B Parian ware porcelain statuettes.
