Story Synopsis
This issue is the second part of a four-issue limited series. Adam Warlock and his team, the Infinity Watch, attempt to recover the soul of Shalla-Bal, the Silver Surfer's love interest. 
The team accidentally opens a dimensional portal that unleashes a cosmic battle against the legions of Mistress Death.
After the Silver Surfer uses his Power Cosmic to seal the portal, they successfully retrieve Shalla-Bal's body, but her soul is missing.
Mistress Death informs them that she does not hold the soul, but she can transport them to the realm of the entity who does.
The issue ends with the revelation that the soul is held by the devil Mephisto, setting up a conflict in the subsequent issues.
