Rare 1971-dated Canadian Army Extreme Cold Weather (ECW) Parka in XL, designed for harsh winter conditions. This rugged military piece features a durable olive nylon shell, thick insulation, and a waterproof design, built to withstand extreme cold. The integral hood includes a fur trim and wool lining, secured with drawstrings and plastic stoppers. Additional drawstrings at the waist and hem allow for an adjustable fit. The front fastens with the original ‘Lightning’ zipper (marked ‘LF’ for Lightning Fasteners), and the pockets have turn-back flaps reminiscent of British military smocks and parkas.
