Vintage H. Gerstner & Son 11 Drawers Oak Wood Machinist Toolbox Chest (see the Built By H Gerstner & Sons, Dayton Ohio makers mark picture) I would have thought it was for jewelry but everything I see on it says machine is toolbox. Dark wood exterior with green felt lining. One of the knobs has come off, but as you can see is included in one of the drawers. 
I do not see the key for this unit. But it is unlocked and opens. It looks like originally there was a glass mirror on the inside of the lid, which is no longer there. 
The model might be 405 because I see that on the back of a couple of the drawers.

Four Vintage Framed Needlepoint Flower Art Pieces

The enclosed artwork is an individually hand-painted (if in color) and hand-signed lithograph of an original pen-and-ink drawing by Mark Monsarrat. Mark first draws the picture in his meticulous freehand style, without straightedges using fine-tipped pens and India ink. The drawing is then lithographed in black and white.
Each print is hand-signed in pencil by the artist, Mark Monsarrat. On color work, every print is individually hand-painted with brush and watercolor. All pictures are double-matted, and fit standard frame sizes except for the long-narrow format.
