Charles Hubert Brannam (1855-1937) was a renowned British potter, born in 1855 in Barnstaple, Devon, England. He is often thought of as the founder of the Brannam Pottery. Although the most famous name associated with the pottery it was actually Charles’s father Thomas Backway Brannam who established the pottery in 1848 when he took over the existing Rendell’s North Walk Pottery. Thomas expanded the pottery in 1853 when he leased of another pottery in Barnstaple located in Litchdon Street. The pottery initially created utilitarian wares. https://www.worldcollectorsnet.com/articles/charles-hubert-brannam-and-the-brannam-pottery/https://www.ebay.ca/itm/286971305752?_skwch+brannam&itmmeta01KJAW5Q63ZXK019FKDEYGDMZG&hashitem42d0d29f18:g:IBIAAeSw4atpDd6J&itmprpenc%3AAQALAAAA8GfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xCh8%2BMoM3pPFp5WSm6Y%2BcXrwROAbSN8WkCxmBooDFIeqDyrGW4T4GbekVZeLxLNNsaMwcFCXth8Xs5m4S55cP%2B%2B35BimAFOzOfR2I6R6dKpYg2AX95jwc%2B3klpNC4iWSXatEp982WNHdzrS5MWP%2ByVOqaDotPElAOeDhJttk7sfMoFyYvU7lEEPvopjFGIvQKVpBOM2mjVWU%2BF98ySSoAky67EseesObTbM%2FIyTTh7SpjES%2FeU850jGPZZkNLpYzBdsQueiuA8OOs%2FX5Q9mqumxw6iuSfu7cSxIaWzH2UN25w%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR6DzltySZw Dimensions: 37" x 13" diameter Pickup category timeslot {A}
