Here is a beautiful vintage and original framed oil painting of the Yosemite Valley, with El Capitan on the left, Bridalveil Falls on the right, and Half Dome in the far background.  It is an original oil on canvas and is signed &#34;R Perkins,&#34; in blue, which could refer to American artist, writer, and filmmaker, Robert Perkins (1949-2025), but I have no proof of that.  However, he did paint landscapes and did work with oil paints on canvas.  The painting itself measures 23.5&#34; x 35.5&#34; and the framed piece measures 34&#34; x 46.5&#34; The frame is made from intricate distressed wood with beautiful gold liners and a canvas filler. The condition of the painting is at least very good.  Heavy.  Located upstairs.

Here is a rare and highly collectible six bottle shipping case for 1982 Opus One, the joint venture premium Napa Valley red wine made in a partnership between wine giants Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild.  This vintage was only the fourth year of production of this wine having first started in 1979.  The all wooden boxes have become highly collectible and this one still has the inner wine bottle holders (but alas, no wine!) and has been renailed shut and given a light stain or shellack to make a very attractive display piece.  It would look great in a home wine cellar, wine room, home bar, or man cave.  The box measures 21&#34; x 12.75&#34; x 4.5&#34;  In very good condition.  Located upstairs.

Some good ones, especially the LPM-2999 black label, mono, &#34;Roustabout,&#34; but I have taken some pictures of the record to try to give you an idea of the condition.  There is a lot of wear and visible scratches as is the case with all of the records in this lot.  I have NOT play graded any of them and do not guarantee the ability to play any of these records. Here is a reproduction wooden mantle or table clock with a battery operated clock works.  The clock stands an impressive 29&#34; tall (from the base to the top of the finial) and the base is 9&#34; wide and the clock face is 8&#34; wide.  I inserted a new battery and the clock works but it is slow: it would need repair or replacement.  The clock housing and the wooden stand are in very good condition.  Attractive piece.  Heavy.
