Lot #60: Two Original Psychedelic Fillmore Era Rock Concert Posters: BG-95, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band; FD-113, Blues Project, It's a Beautiful Day 1967, 1968

Here is a lot of two vintage and original psychedelic rock concert posters from the Fillmore Era. Here is what you get: BG-95-OP-1--"[Untitled]," Number 95 in the Bill Graham series (poster is approximately 21" x 14") from a concert performed by Nitty Gritty Dirt band, Clear Light, and Blue Cheer held in the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco on 11/30-12/2/1967. The poster was created by famed rock poster artist Bonnie MacLean (and one of the few female rock poster artists and married to Bill Graham). This is an original FIRST PRINT poster (according to the guidelines of Eric King's famous reference book). Small stain in upper right hand corner, still in very fine condition. FD-113-OP-1--"Rorschach Test," Number 113 in the Family Dog series (poster is approximately 13.75" x 20.5") from a concert performed by Blues Project, It's a Beautiful Day, and Nazz-Are Blues Band performed at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco on 4/5-7/1968. The poster was created by famed rock poster artist, and the Godfather of the psychedelic rock poster genre, Wes Wilson (1927-2020), also one of the Big Five rock poster artists . This is an original FIRST PRINT poster (according to the guidelines of Eric King's famous reference book) and is in NEAR MINT condition. These posters have been stored flat for decades.
