That stamp is the "smoking gun" we needed! This mark identifies your piece as being made by Carl Tielsch (C.T.), a very prominent German porcelain manufacturer. Based on the specific design of the green eagle and the "C.T. GERMANY" text, here is the history of your dish: The Manufacturer: Carl Tielsch & Co. Location: Altwasser, Silesia, Germany (now part of Poland). Era: This specific green mark was used roughly between 1875 and 1935. Given the "lobster dish" shape and the Art Nouveau floral transfer, your piece most likely dates to the late Victorian or Edwardian period (circa 1890–1910). Reputation: Carl Tielsch was the second-largest porcelain factory in Silesia at the time. They were famous for producing "hard-paste" porcelain that was durable yet elegant, often rivaling the more expensive Meissen or KPM brands. Notable Details The Eagle: The bird in the stamp is the Prussian Eagle. Carl Tielsch was granted permission to use this royal symbol because of the high quality of his wares. Market: The word "GERMANY" written in English indicates this piece was specifically intended for export, likely to the United Kingdom or the United States, following the McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 which required imported goods to be marked with their country of origin. What is it worth? While I can't give an official appraisal, pieces like this—antique C.T. Comes with a dinner bell Pickup category timeslot {A}
