Lot #13: Vintage Signed Spoon Bracelet

Starting bidding

$1.00

Time Remaining:

Bidding starts in 0d 0h 2m

This is a cool bracelet made from a Russian silver spoon that I bought from a jeweller on a trip long ago through central asia and the middle east. It is signed by the artist M.J. Özgul. Easily bent to fit any wrist or arm. I have not identified the marks other than Russian, nor had it tested - but it is not reactive to magnets and shows no plate wear. I think it is a silver alloy in the lower range common in early 20th century Russia. It is in any case useful jewellery because the curve is formed such that one can take it off and still use it to eat soup, which has been tested. The bowl is 2 ¾ long by 1 ¾ inches wide and is ⅜ inch deep. Dimensions: 64.78 grams. Pickup category timeslot {A}
