Lot #61: Four Carnation Hot Chocolate mini advertising trays

Vintage Carnation Hot Chocolate mini advertising trays, often referred to as trinket, change, or "Hot Chocolate 'N' Cookies" snack trays. Produced around the 1980s, these collectible metal trays typically feature nostalgic, winter-themed illustrations with the slogan "A warm hug on a cold day".  The set shown includes four distinct colors, each depicting a different cozy scene: Cream/Yellow: Shows a couple playing a board game. Purple: Features a child in winter gear holding a steaming mug. Brown/Red: Depicts a family scene in a kitchen. Green: Illustrates a boy with his dog on a bed, sometimes titled "Best Friends".  Collector's Information Dimensions: Approximately 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" (or 17cm x 12cm as shown by the ruler).
