Lot #24: Rare Vintage Pair of Fiberglass Theatre Sconce Lights w/ Fleur de Lys

Rare Vintage Pair of Fiberglass Theatre Sconce Lights with cast Fleur de Lys decoration on the fronts. The frames are cast metal with gold/gilt finish. The fiberglass shades were quite yellowed and ugly, so they were given a paint wash to bring them back to life. The gold is nicely patinated and has been left as is to keep the character and age. The bulbs shows in the powered light are only 7.5 watt, so very low wattage and therefore very dim. These can take up to 25 watt bulbs. The lamps were professionally rewired by a production company for a local TV show production, so they are ready to use. About 19" tall. Dimensions: 12"x6.5"x19" Pickup category timeslot {A}
