Bidding starts in 0d 1h 25m

These are vintage Tonala burnished pottery figurines, a traditional folk art from Jalisco, Mexico. This specific style is often referred to as Brunido (burnished) or Petatillo pottery, known for its smooth, earthy finish and intricate hand-painted designs. The collection features three owls (different stylizations) and one bird. Tonala artisans are famous for their "Nahua" style animals, often giving them expressive, almost human-like facial features. The tallest figure measures 9” for scale. In very good condition. Bring packing material. Pickup category timeslot {A}
