Lot #103: Antique Gasoline/Kerosene Blowtorch with Solid Wood Handle (D123) (BN 007)

Circa 1910–1925 (most likely) because paper labels became more common in that era before later models shifted more toward stamped branding and eventually modern fuels. The partial text “LEAN … SOLINE” is almost certainly from a safety/usage decal that originally read something like: “USE CLEAN GASOLINE” or “USE CLEAN WHITE GASOLINE”. Even though the brand name is worn off, this style and label strongly suggests one of: Clayton & Lambert Manufacturing Company or Turner Brass Works or Otto Bernz Company because these companies often used decals like this, which unfortunately wear off over time.
