An Art Nouveau no. 7255 cast iron easel back mirror - approximately 38 cm high and 30 cm wide. Gorgeous rich patina, as you would expect from an item created in the late 19th to early 20th century.  The design has organic, flowing lines inspired by nature and likely made between 1890 and 1910.  The dynamic movement is reinforced with the curves of teh body and the vines and tendrils wrapping the bodies and the mirror incorporates intricate, nature-based motifs like flowers and, of course, the feminine form. Typical of its time, the cast iron was seen as innovative to help blend structure with ornament with its sinuous maidens with flowing hair, and patinated metal finish to evoke organic growth.

1875 Historical Atlas of Oxford and Brant Counties - Replica

- Item 1  is a set of vintage 4-piece ceramic relish dish inserts from the Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne collection. Yorktowne (introduced 1967, featuring a blue floral design on stoneware). 
These wedge-shaped inserts are designed to fit together to form a circle, typically for serving appetizers, pickles, or relish. There is a square wooden inset included. 
- Item 2 is a vintage Royal Doulton dinner plate in the &#34;Malvern&#34; pattern (D6197). Malvern pattern featuring a colorful floral bouquet with red roses, grapes, and yellow wildflowers on a white, scalloped-edge base. Produced between roughly 1931 and 1961. 
- Item 3 is a pottery bean or casserole ovenproof casserole dish. Handmade and heavy.

Vintage &#38; Modern Ceramic Ware

The image displays a Thai temple rubbing, which is a traditional form of art from Thailand. These rubbings are created by placing rice paper or mulberry paper against marble or stone temple wall reliefs and rubbing charcoal, chalk, or crayons over the paper to produce the image. The paper is known for its resilience and strength. The specific rubbing in the image features two figures in traditional attire, possibly deities or characters from the Ramakien epic, playing musical instruments.

Authentic Thai temple rubbings were primarily produced during the 1960s by local artists. The main inspiration for the images comes from the Indian epic Ramayana, which is known in Thailand as the national epic Ramakien. The carvings depict characters and scenes from this story of good versus evil. 

The practice of making rubbings directly from the temple walls was banned by the Thai government in the late 1960s to preserve the historical stone reliefs from damage. Therefore, older, original rubbings are more valuable than modern prints or reproductions.
