David Yurman Gold and Silver Necklace 

VTG stringed musical instrument, likely a mandolin or guitar, manufactured by the Estudiantia company in Catania, Italy, which was a prominent center for instrument manufacturing.
The label indicates &#34;Estudiantia&#34; as the brand and features a unique &#34;pseudo&#34; harp form or lyre-shaped body, designed for aesthetic appeal. 
It is a short-necked, typical of the lute family, with a flat-backed or slightly bowled body. 
Bring packing material. You can see it being displayed in the family home in the last picture.

A quite large (what appears to be looking at the back) hand-knotted Persian Tabriz or Isfahan style area rug featuring a beige ivory field with an intricate floral pattern and a contrasting red and teal border. 
There is one worn roughly 12 inch circle spot towards the middle (you can see me pointing at in pictures) but otherwise in great condition.&nbsp;
This also includes the large gray anti-slip rug gripper you see.

An amazing antique cabinet. Beautiful marquetry and inlaid woods. This is in the style of Louis XVI or neoclassical style or revivavl. Featuring inlaid hand carved cameos, hand painted porcelain medallions and bronze adornments on edges and feet. Note the feet are included but were removed for moving. Note there is one piece of bronze that needs to be reattached at the bottom. There is no working key with the cabinet. This is all wood, hand joining. This is a spectacular piece of furniture history. Note is is very heavy. Please bring appropriate help, dolly, vehicle to move.

Lot of 5 antique children’s books. Two AA Milne books: The House at Pooh corner (1928) and The Christopher Robbin Story Book (1929). Pooh corner book has an inscription in the beginning and a few pages have some coloring. Christopher Robin book has an inscription at the beginning, and many of the pictures inside are colored.
Raggedy Ann and Andy And The Camel With The Wrinkled Knees by Johnny Gruelle (1924), please note this was colored in pretty extensively especially the pictures. 
The Real Mother Goose , please note there are pages missing, some pages torn, and was drawn in pretty extensively. Copyright date might be 1910.
The Children’s Mother Goose over 100 illustrations by WM  Donahey (1921). A few pages have started to come loose, but really great condition considering age. I did not see any inscription or coloring in the pages or any torn or missing pages.

Set of four Chinese nesting tables, classic example of traditional craftsmanship likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Often referred to as Hongmu or rosewood tables, they are prized for their intricate hand-carved details.
These tables feature an imitation-bamboo frame, a popular stylistic choice in Chinese furniture that represents strength and longevity.
The pierced aprons (the decorative panels beneath the table tops) are detailed with floral and leaf designs, typical of the Qing Dynasty style.
Authentic sets from this period are usually crafted from heavy, dense hardwoods like rosewood, huanghuali, or teak.

James R. Moder Florale Chandelier

Beautiful crystal chandelier designed by James R. Moder. Note this has been in storage. One crystal piece is missing from edge, likely located within the box full of foam popcorn to be easily reattached. The arms are removeable and seemingly adjustable. This chandelier is still being sold today - note primary picture is from the maker showing the chandelier as hung, all other photos reflect the actual chandelier being sold as-is in storage box. The piece was carefully stored hanging upright in a bed of foam popcorn for protection.
