Beautiful vintage porcelain collector plate lot from the March of Dimes: Our Children, Our Future series produced by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company. Both plates feature heartwarming child artwork and include their original Certificates of Authenticity and packaging inserts. Included in this lot: “A Time to Love” by Sandra Kuck (1989) Bradex No. 84-M89-1.2 Issued by Reco International Corp. Plate No. 4597C “A Time to Laugh” by Abbie Williams (1990) Bradex No. 84-M89-1.6 Issued by Roman, Inc. Plate No. 17299A These plates were created to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation and were produced in limited editions restricted to 150 firing days. Condition appears very good overall with vibrant colors and gold trim intact. Includes original cardboard storage/display packaging and paperwork as shown. Minor wear from age/storage may be present. Plates are decorative collectibles and marked “not for food use.” Approximate size: 8.5” diameter each.
