Maple Leaf Gardens put out calendars annually. Each page would typically show one month. Once the month was completed, the user would rip off the page to expose the next month. These pages rarely survived as the past month would be thrown in the trash. These are survivors. 

March 1967 shows Toronto Maple Leafs Brit Shelby in an ad for the Easter Seals Campaign. The calendar has some pen markings, as it was used, but does not distract from the visual.

February 1971 shows 3 teams, Vancouver Canucks, Buffalo Bisons and Omaha Knights. There are no pen markings on this poster.

Both are ready for framing. Both have been folded.

April 1971 shows the Spokane Jets and the Montreal Juniors Canadiens. Excellent condition. Handwritten numbers on the “26” date. Does not affect the visual appeal.

Rare, lucite SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) award. Award was issued to Anne Loree who wrote “Insensitive”, a song famously recorded and released by Jann Arden. Loree wrote the song years prior to Arden releasing it in 1994. Plaque reads “Anne Loree Insensitive November 18, 1996”. Very good condition.

1950s Cherry Double Bed Frame

Beautiful, solid cherry wood. Headboard has sliding doors with storage on both sides. Headboard is 60”w x 36”h.  Footboard 60”w x 20”h. This is a true double that fits a double mattress. Includes side rails and all middle supports. All original. Some scratches on headboard and particularly inside one of the storage sections. Footboard is not scratched. With a bit of refinishing this is a solid and lovely cherry wood bed.
