Lot #449: 2002 Canada Ten Cent Coin - Queen Elizabeth II (Golden Jubilee 1952-2002)

Obverse: Features the "Second Portrait" of Queen Elizabeth II by Arnold Machin. However, unlike standard years, the date 2002 is moved to the obverse, appearing to the left of the Queen's neck. The inscription includes ELIZABETH II D. G. REGINA. Reverse: The classic Bluenose schooner, designed by Emanuel Hahn. Notably, the standard date position is replaced by the commemorative years 1952-2002. The denomination 10 CENTS and CANADA remain in their traditional positions.
