This 1997 brass medallion features Daniel Alfredsson, the legendary captain and greatest player in Ottawa Senators history. Unlike the McDonald's tokens which were distributed through restaurants, the Pinnacle Mint series was a premium crossover between trading cards and numismatics. Each pack came with a player card that had a circular cutout to hold one of these medallions. Obverse: Features a detailed portrait of a young "Alfie."
