One Vintage UK 1906 Forest View Postcard, used, showing two swans swimming in a lovely forest lake with the message "The Forest Pool - Chingford Epping Forest". This richly coloured postcard, indicates the publisher as "Landsdorf & Co., 19 City Road, London, E.C." with a Logo of Zeus holding a Thunderbolt with the text "(Zeus. Jupiter") Printed in Great Britain". Stamped with one 1902 Green United Kingdom Half Penny "King Edward VII" Stamp. Postmarked in November 1906 in Gravesend. Addressed to "Miss H.C. Winder, c/o Mrs. Guy Campbell, 73 Westow street, Upper Norwood, London". The message is in part a "check-in" and in part a Postcard commentary: "Dear Hilda: Caught the fast train at L.B. and arrived home last night....Am sending you one of these for a change, hoping you will like it.
