White outer border. The publisher is indicated (twice) as "Foltz Studio, Savannah, Ga." with a stamp box composed of "AZO" four times, with square in each corner. No Stamp. Never postally used. No message. Foltz Studio was the preeminent photographic house in Savannah during the early 20th century. While the image is a drawing, it is printed on Silver Gelatin photographic paper.
