Stamped with four 1974 United Nations Twenty-Six Cent "Law of the Sea" Stamps (Scott #257), perforated in corner square. Postmarked November 22, 1974, at the United Nations, New York. This 1974 United Nations First Day Cover (FDC) commemorates the landmark "Law of the Sea" (Droit de la Mer) conference, a pivotal moment in international maritime diplomacy. This specimen is a product of the formal collaboration between the UN Geneva office and the Swiss artistic community. The stamp is the United Nations 26 Law of the Sea stamp (Scott #257).
