A genuine George III period sterling silver teaspoon, fully hallmarked for London, 1809, and bearing a maker’s mark consistent with Peter & Ann Bateman, one of the most recognized London silversmith partnerships of the era. Maker’s mark “PA” is attributed to Bateman workshop. Elegant fiddle pattern, typical of the early 19th century, with a finely engraved period monogram to the terminal. Solid antique condition. Surface wear and patina consistent with age. No repairs or structural issues (See photos). Pickup category timeslot {B}
