Time Remaining:

Bidding starts in 0d 3h 1m

An early English sterling piece, this Georgian teaspoon by Godbehere Wigan & Co delivers everything serious collectors look for: age, craftsmanship, and authentic hand engraving. The elegant form is paired with a monogram, cut by hand over 200 years ago. Hallmarks are very worn, but maker’s mark ties it to one of Birmingham’s respected early silversmiths. Maker: Godbehere Wigan & Co Period: Georgian, circa 1800-1820 Hand-engraved monogram to terminal Classic early teaspoon form. Good antique condition. Surface wear consistent with age. Hallmarks worn, but makers mark still discernable. No major damage. Collector note: A strong standalone piece, but also pairs beautifully with other period spoons if you’re building a timeline collection (see 1907 teaspoon in this auction).
