Estate Sterling silver from BIRKS in the Tudor Royal pattern. Additional luncheon/dessert pieces matching the main dinner service sets. In this lot are 10 luncheon/dessert spoons, and an additional 4 luncheon/dessert forks. This Birks silverware pattern is in the traditional English revival styles and each piece is monogrammed with a stylistic M. All pieces are stamped “BIRKS STERLING” consistent with Birks production in the early-mid 20th century (1930-1940s). This pattern is substantial and has a great hand feel. This set is a great standalone set for dessert, tea or luncheon service. It also can serve as an expansion to the dinner service lot and can be paired with another lot of the matching sterling silverware (specialty and serving pieces) also in this auction. The spoons are 6” long and 10 have a total weight of 315.4 grams. The forks are 7 1/4” long and 4 have a total weight of 227.1 grams. Packaged in cloth flatware storage bags.
