Lot #62: Vintage Rocking Chair & Piano Stool: Accent Furniture

Vintage press back wood rocking chair paired with a coordinating upholstered piano stool/bench. The rocker is a nice petite size. It is armless, with a solid saddled seat, decoratively carved crest rail, and turned spindle details. This American Colonial revival chair is likely a mid-century (1930-40s) production. Paired with the rocker is a vintage mahogany solid wood piano stool with the original damask/embroidered cushion. Both pieces show minor overall wear, plus some scratches on the underside of rockers rails and scratches on top side of piano bench. See pictures. Rocker is approximately 17” wide x 28” long (including rails) x 35” high. Seat is approximately 15” from floor and approximately 15” square. Stool is approximately 20” wide x 14” deep x 18” high.
