Payment: Payment above $1,000 may not be automatically processed at auction close. If payment is not processed on closing payment must be made by wire or e-transfer and full payment is required within two (2) business days.
Final Sale: All Lots are sold as is, where is. All sales are final.
Shipping: All Lots will be shipped unless mutually agreed to by the Buyer and Seller. The Seller will arrange shipment. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance. Insurance is mandatory and must cover the full hammer price. Risk transfers to the Buyer when the Lot is released to the shipping provider.

Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
Maxsold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
