This is a 1920 Canada One-Cent (Large) coin, featuring the reverse design with the denomination and date surrounded by a wreath of 16 maple leaves. 
This specific year is historically significant as the final year the Royal Canadian Mint produced the larger-sized cent before transitioning to a smaller format, similar in size to the U.S. penny, later that same year.
