1953 Ford F-100 Golden Anniversary Hood Emblem

During an estate sale clean out, I found in the garage this Vintage 1953 Ford F-100 &#34;Golden Anniversary&#34; Hood Emblem in box. This is an authentic, original hood emblem from a 1953 Ford F-Series truck. This iconic &#34;Gear and Lightning Bolt&#34; design was specifically used to commemorate Ford’s 50th Anniversary (1903–1953). The emblem features the classic script &#34;Ford&#34; logo set against a black background, with the striking chrome gear and lightning bolt symbol over a ribbed red field. The condition exhibits an excellent candidate for a &#34;survivor&#34; truck or a light restoration. This is a genuine die-cast metal piece, not a modern plastic reproduction. Historical Note: The gear and lightning bolt logo was a hallmark of the 1953–1956 Ford Triple Economy trucks, signifying the power and &#34;workhorse&#34; nature of the newly redesigned F-series.
