1929 Maling Ware hexagonal tea caddy produced for Ringtons Tea, featuring blue transferware scenes of English castles and bridges.Manufacturer: Maling Ware (England).Purpose: Produced for Ringtons Ltd. as a tea caddy or biscuit jar, often commemorating the 1929 North East Coast Industries Exhibition.Design: Hexagonal shape with six-sided blue and white transferware scenes depicting various castles (e.g., Durham, Newcastle) on the sides and Windsor Castle on the lid.
