Vintage 1970s Lucid Lines "Photography On Glass" Framed Art – Matching Pair Up for auction is a beautiful, matching pair of vintage 1970s shadow box framed art pieces produced by the highly collectible Lucid Lines Inc. of Culver City, California. These unique pieces feature early 20th-century American sheet music cover designs recreated using Lucid Lines' famous, specialized "Photography on Glass" technique. The black outlines and details are permanently photographed directly onto the glass panel, while the vibrant color tones are carefully hand-painted. Because the glass sits about an inch forward from the recessed background, it creates an elegant, three-dimensional shadow box effect that beautifully catches overhead light. Art Included in this Set: "He's a Darn Good Man to Have Hanging Around" (Originally released in 1919 by Tell Taylor, Isham Jones, and Fred Rose). Features a classic, stylized pre-Art Deco flapper-era parlor scene. "When All the World Forgets You (There's a Mother Waiting Still)" (Originally released in 1920 by Hannah Griffith Morgan and Harold Dixon). Features a beautifully sentimental scene of an elderly mother knitting with her sleeping dog. Item Details & Specifications: Manufacturer: Lucid Lines Inc. (Original 1970s maker labels intact on the back panels). Dimensions: Each frame measures approximately 11.25" x 14.25". Frame Material: Sleek, period-correct 1970s silver-toned metal borders. Condition: Good vintage condition. The hand-painted glass elements are crisp and sharp. Frames show normal, light age-appropriate wear but remain sturdy and display beautifully. Perfect for adding a touch of nostalgic Mid-Century charm or Roaring Twenties aesthetic to a living room, hallway, or music room!
