A VOLLRATH Commercial grade, heavy gauge Stainless Steel food pan great for lasagna, meat dishes, pasta bakes, roasted potatoes and much more, like a nice tall party-size Tiramisu. This pan is also easy to clean. The other pan with handles is not a Vollrath. It is stainless steel with handles on the sides. This pan is also good for anything you want to bake or roast in the oven; Three (3) Stainless steel bowls; Also included are three (3) very useful stainless steel utensils. The ball whisks are super useful for reaching into the sharp corners of a pot, where the rounded tines of a balloon whisk won't quite fit, as well as whisking across flat surfaces, like a wide skillet when making scrambled eggs.
